Overview

The Delta Grand Okanagan is a four-star hotel of Kelowna located on the shores of Okanagan Lake.
The resort provides guest rooms, villas and suite accommodations offering lake, city or mountain views.
There is Lake City Casino at the territory of the hotel. It is open on Sunday – Thursday from 9am to 2am and on Friday – Saturday from 9am to 3am.
The hotel’s fitness centre offers fully equipped exercise gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub/outdoor hot tub and healthy food and beverages, while the spa center is open on Monday-Saturday from 9am to 7pm, on Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
The hotel’s Conference Centre can suitably accommodate programs from five to 1500 and the Grand Ballroom can be sub-divided into as many as seven different rooms.
The outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Okanagan is the perfect setting for receptions of up to 400 persons. Ten breakout rooms can hold up to 120 people in theatre style.
Such spring and summer activities are available as hiking, biking, boating, fishing, canoeing, golf, horse-back riding and eco-tours.
In winter such activities are offered as skiing, snowmobiling and ATV tours.

Premier rooms feature, one queen bed or two queen beds, pullout sofa beds, high-speed wireless Internet access, daily newspapers and views of the surrounding mountains, pool, courtyard, or lagoon. Some rooms offer Jacuzzi tubs.
Delta deluxe rooms offer one king or queen bed, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, daily newspaper and lake, lagoon, city or mountain views.
Some of the deluxe rooms offer 12 guest rooms that have a partially separated living area that opens up to a queen-size bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
One bedroom suites feature lake, lagoon, city or mountain view, fully separated living room, dining room, wet bar, balcony, private bedroom and en-suite with Jacuzzi.
Vacation homes and condominiums has two or three bedrooms, over-sized patios, full kitchen, living and dining area, gas fireplace, king and queen size beds, Jacuzzi tub and high-speed wireless Internet access. They are facing the lake, lagoon or our outdoor pool area.

The continental breakfast was very bland, outdoor pools were far too small for the crowd of week end revellers.
Continental breakfast, outdoor pool closed.
The hotel's position at the lakeside was excellent and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful.

The room we were moved t for our 2nd and 3rd night had a great view we enjoyed, overall my stay was enjoyable and I will be returning there in the future. Staff were very nice, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was fantastic and the restaurant food was actually not that bad.
