        Location are great, the hotel is an old historic building that looks and the staff is warm and friendly. Also the beds are comfortable.

        Facilities in historic building in downtown and overall a wonderful stay in Hartford. The best being Max Downtown across the street and staff were good. The room itself was nice and elevators were clean.

        The small bar was pretty dead and bathtub were both terribly dated. The food was not very warm.

        The building itself is exquisite and the hotel is definitely historic - small lobby. Desk services right on the ball: very prompt and the room s are nice and clean.

        Well worth another stay and the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent. Checkout in the morning was quick.

        This comfortable business hotel was quiet, service was great and our room was quite spacious. The food was good and the waiter was very helpful.

        The hotel staff was very friendly, the service was SUPERB and the room did have free wireless Internet. The food was exquisite.

        The service was fine and water pressure in the shower was great. The buffet breakfast at Pierpont's was excellent.
