It was a nice hotel but in this market there are better hotels, just as well located for the same price.

Though it took a couple of calls to get connected to the right person, my sunglasses were found and sent to me 2nd day air at the hotel's cost.

I have enough frequent points to stay at the W hotel for free and I chose to pay for this.

I chose this place by picking a location close to Philips Arena for The Police concert.

Over all great hotel, awesome staff and the best location to all the attractions downtown has to offer.

We absolutely loved the room and the peek-a-boo shower location, but they said we needed to move b/c of the party.

We walked from the Marta station at Underground to the hotel at midnight on a Monday night and were literally scared to death.

On the positive side, the Glenn's staff was polite enough and the hotel is conveniently located near a Marta station that takes you to and from the airport.

The group got two connecting rooms, the one with the solo "Queen" sized bed was smaller than the one with the two double beds.

Since the beaded curtain does not block light, the light from the bathroom then pours into the bedroom and wakes up anybody left in the bed.

The suite had two flat screen plasma TV’s with HDTV and the bed was soooo comfortable!

If the shower curtain wasn't drawn shut, the window looked directly from the bed to the toilet.

As mentioned in other reviews the rooms are on the smallish side, but are very well appointed: flat panel TV, well stocked mini-bar, alarm clock with MP3 player input, desk, safe, bath robes, and very nice pillows and linens.

The travel site we used to book the trip (Booked.net) boasted that the hotel had a restaurant and bar showcasing contemporary French-American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday–Saturday.

On the other hand the sky bar staff could not have been more friendly, recommended excellent restaurants within the city limits amd made a real effort to assist us.

It was what one would expect from such a hotel: excellent bar, nice restaurant, wonderful rooftop (albeit not much happening.

They're currently offering a 7-11 level free continental breakfast and have room service dinner delivery arranged through a nearby Asian fusion restaurant.

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant staff made our evening special.

I then called the front desk went through my story and was reconnected to someone else at room service who had no problem taking my order.

The service was fine, no complaints at all with the staff.

When it comes to hotels, the most important aspect for me (aside from stellar service and pleasant staff) is the atmosphere and style/design of the hotel, especially the rooms.

BTW- this service elevator is likely to also be favored to others without a stroller trying to check out b/c its difficult to get heavy suitcases down the stairs from the elevator to the lobby as well.

There were two small sets of stairs to get from the lobby to the elevator - no ramp - so difficult with a stroller.

It is very dark (shadowy) in the lobby, elevator, and hallway.

The lobby and rooms are tiny, though clean.

The staff was friendly, the room was small, but clean.

My room was spotless and comfortable as well.

I booked my reservation through hotwire, I didn't have a choice for which hotel i would be staying, but when I found out it was The glenn I went to their website www. I was very pleased to see their pictures, product, services. The front desk has only 2 computers, and 4 staff members. The unprofessional front desk clerk rolled his eyes and gave me a room. I made a reservation and paid for in full for a King bed, I got a queen and a tinny room. I informed the staff about the problem and their answer "Sir you made your reservation through hotwire, this is what we have for you, if u have a problem please contact hotwire" in a very snobish way.

The staff was very friendly, extrememly helpful, and had their act together. We stayed in the Dream Suite which was a bit smaller than expected but still adequate. Didn't get to check out the upstairs bar or the restaurant but the lobby bar looked like a great place for drinks.

That is until you arrive late at night to find no one at the front desk to greet you or provide check in. You also won't like the fact that your items can be stolen and the staff will only remedy the problem by trying to comp you for a one night stay!

23, so i've only stayed at about 20-25 different hotels in my whole life but the Glenn was BY FAR the coolest, most stylish, & overall enjoyable room accomodations i've yet to experience.

I felt like I was in someone's comfortable living room. My room was spotless and comfortable as well. I received top notch service and accommodation! They even have a Manager of Desires that caters to your every need.

It is a quiet place to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Throughout our stay the staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs. The bellman, valet , housekeeping were all cheerful and helpful. The lady at the check in desk was so professional and greeted us warmly each morning. I want to go back in the spring to enjoy the rooftop bar- it was cold up there in Jan , but a great view of downtown Atlanta!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the most genuinely friendly front desk associates ever. Upon checking in, it was explained to us that there was a problem and there were no rooms with double beds (that we originally booked for) as a lot of patrons had extended their stay. However, we were upgraded to a Junior suite with a King bed and pull out sofa and to make up for any inconvenience(s), a round of drinks would be on them. Also, We had reservations at the restuarant B. D, so we asked that the bags be brought up immediately, because the reservation was in 45 minutes. When we arrived at our room, the bellman was waiting with our bags. Prompt, friendly and the hotel is a virtual HOT SPOT! However, if you like 'quiet', 'ordinary', 'mundane' hotel stays.

The rooms are very, very small and very, very fashionable. BUT, I will have to say that the staff is attentive and the room was comfortable (although unbelievably tiny) and super affordable. My one giant complaint: for a hotel that tries to be so hip, offering room service only until 11pm is pretty stupid.
