I did not like anything best about staying at this hotel, the price was attractive and the staff were helpful & friendly.
The location was excellent and proximity to Gatwick was the best thing.
location is quiet and the courtesy bus is always punctual.
The Gatwick white house hotel is in a great location and the staff does not seem to go out of their way to be friendly.
On a more positive note the transport provided by the hotel to Gatwick was punctual and efficient ,arriving at the Airport in 10mins.
Near the airport and convenient from Horley Station.
The place does smell of curry, the bedrooms are cramped, we could hardly walk round the bed, the room was so small.
I liked the bed in the room, very comfortable ( in fact so comfortable that i felt asleep without even noticeing it ).
I did not stay in my room very often because I had to travel to London everyday and would return just in time to catch a light dinner and go to bed.
Room was horrible, bathmat and shower very dirty and dreaded getting into the bed.
There was no top sheet on my bed and I had to clean toilet seat when I arrived.
We were booked in for breakfast but actually got up as early as we could and escaped back to Gatwick to get something to eat there, the dining room looked grotty.
I liked the walk as well i enjoyed an Indian cuisine for lunch after that.
The only realy thing that was good was the internet free access, continental breakfast was in the Tesco Value wrappers.

Take yr own bar soap in a plastic container.
The pick up service to & from the airport was brilliant, the only good thing about this hotel was the location and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.
Staff service was good and i did manage to sleep noisy equipment outside the room.
Nice surroundings - countryside village style, friendly reception staff and the water was very hot.
Efficient on time service to the airport and the hotel staff is courteous.
Convenient for airport, excellent value for money and the reception staff were friendly.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful enough , but and its a big but , i would not stay here again.
Not to mention the drunk ya hoo's in the back parking lot that were screaming and fighting all night.
Very good value for money, helpful staff and the community bathroom was clean.

Perfect for close to Gatwick stay, a shuttle service very efficient and the rooms are always spotless.
Our room was basic but clean with all the facilities we needed for an overnight stay.
