The location is perfect, the Gainsborough Hotel is a beautiful Victorian property and the en-suite bathroom occupied a large corner of the “semi-room.
The staff were really fabulous, receptionists were very welcoming and helpful, the room was ok and the bathroom was clean.
Central and a decent price, a lovely lobby, the reception staff were very helpful and polite.

The location was the best bit as two mins from Natural History Museum, the staff were friendly, courteous and this room, too, was not the room we expected for the price we paid. Service at breakfast and at reception was good.
