Fairmont Scottsdale - 斯科茨

The location was easily accessible from the freeway and close to Scottsdale road (where all of the malls are).

Nice location but the numerous small distractions really made my experience below average.

The staff could not be more helpful, the facilities superb and the location excellent.

They pick you up at the airport in an SUV, you're greeted like you're a Queen when you arrive; and we got everything and more that we asked for during our entire stay.

We were waited on hand and foot and the place is immaculate.

We were surprise to find that a room with double bed meant 2 full-size beds, they told us there were no rooms with queens beds.

This room had the largest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel and was about the size of some other hotel guest rooms.

Gorgeous rooms with southwest flavor, extremely comfortable bed, separate room for closet.

I stayed in a Presidential room (I highly recommend the extra money for this elegant room with fireplace, canopy bed with sumptious linens and a marble bath to die for!

We had two double beds and a pull out sofa bed, a huge bathroom and a patio overlooking the golf course.

For breakfast the princess only had a starbucks wanna-be restaurant/converted bar.

The second day we got some breakfast foods at the bar and it was almost as expensive as the restaurant (for a couple of donuts, some milk, OJ and cereal).

We ate like royalty at the hotel for breakfast and lunch/drinks by the pool, and then each evening tried some great local restaurants.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant or via room service.

We ate at Tio Gavo and La Hacienda restaurants while there, plus had a couple breakfasts at the cafe.

Bell and concierge services were excellent, but front desk service lacks exellence.

The front desk staff were pleasant as well as the concierge- but I believe the bellboys could show some improvement in the respect and service area.

Also, if you book a treatment u get free access of the spa's roof top swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi/steam rooms (which normally costs $50).

The adult pool is closer to the lobby and has a nice size jacuzzi and is great for sunbathing.

For instance, when I arrived at the fitness club and found it closed for renovations, the bar tender at the outside bar on the pool there walked me across the sprawling campus all the way to the spa, since it was hard to find.

We got a map of the extensive hotel grounds and wandered around until we found a perfect place to relax and wait while we checked our e-mail (wireless is free to President’s Club members).

No wireless on property combined with $14.

The grounds are well-cared for, the rooms are clean, spacoius, and well laid out.

Obviously the cleaning staff doesn't clean under the beds!

The room is maybe not quite up to 5 stars but VERY nice, VERY clean, and HUGE.

The room was very clean, and in good repair.

We were awoken both mornings by housekeeping trying to clean the room, at 9:30 and the 2nd day at 8:30am.
