The pool area was nice, the security at this hotel was excellent and professional, the lobby was beautiful. Service was very good and the accommodation were luxurious. The domenico restaurant was fabulous and the Spa was amazing.

The on site restaurants are very good and the hotel is beautiful and the staff have true southern charm. Service is excellent and the rooms are immaculate and well appointed. The sazerac bar is one of the best, the facility is lovely.

Our room was on the 14th floor affording a nice view out over the city and the Guerlain Spa was the best part of our hotel experience. The decorations were beautiful, the staff were very helpful and bathroom was set up very well.
