Good location, nice hotel and for that kind of money.

This is a luxury hotel, and the clientele and rates reflect that.

Excellent location and staying at various hotels around the world.

The location is good, low quality acoustical tile ceilings are not in keeping and the architecture of the lobby area is amazingly beautiful.

Good location at edge of CBD, the hotel lobby is lovely.

The location was fantastic, the cost was excellent and guest services was very helpful.

Great location - easy walk to Bourbon St, the hotel lobby is lovely.

The service was good, the concierges were always more than helpful and room was nice - bed was very comfortable.

The pool area was nice and the bed was probably the most welcome part of the stay - was fantastic comfy.

Room was huge and I got upgraded to a 1 bedroom due to Hilton Honors status.

The staff was FANTASTIC, our king-size bed was comfortable and clean, the food was excellent.

The bathrooms are excellent--endless hot water and the Sazerac Bar is great.

The room was beautiful, bar was really nice and restaurant were very good.

Sazerac bar was nice, breakfast was great and spa were spotless.

From the local laundry the hotel uses to make it more affordable to great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Great coffee-shop for early morning cappuccino's and stay in an updated hotel in.

Service is superb, from the moment you arrive: from the bellhops, to the front desk, concierge and all other staff encountered.

From the welcome I received from the valet personnel to the front desk staff the experience started off well.

The service was fast, rooms were clean and the bar staff was professional and pleasant.

The Hotel staff great, service were wonderful and efficient, the beds were comfortable.

The gym, pool and spa were spotless and very well-equipped.

The public areas were extremely nice and the huge hotel complex had a Spa.

The food was fabulous and the pool deck was very nice.

Bathroom were clean, the food was excellent and concierge was also very helpful.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious.

    Good location, this hotel is so beautiful and historic, the lobby hallway is spectacular. The bathrooms are excellent--endless hot water and the Sazerac Bar is great. Gym is well appointed.

    Excellent location and staying at various hotels around the world. Reasonable rate and the lobby is beautiful. Bedroom must have been 14 feet high, sazarac restaurant very good - try the truffle infused fries.

    Our room was on the 14th floor affording a nice view out over the city, we used Hilton points so for us the value was excellent and the staff did a great job of feeding everyone. Beds were very comfy and the food was good.
