This palatial hotel located in the Rockies is splendid and reminiscent of a Harry Potter castle. There are golf courses, excellent buffets, and a great spa. Those who loved this hotel said that the service is amazing. You can see elk, moose, and even ghosts around. However, the rooms are small.

The whole place has a very historical, the concierge service was excellent and the room was very well appointed.
Interesting interiors, attentive staff and especially the concierge were great.
The service was truly exceptional and bed was extremely comfortable.

We just reluctantly returned from our stay at the Banff springs, quick service and this suite also provides a huge private terrace. The pantry offers great soups, sandwiches, etc, big indoor/outdoor pool.

I would definitely stay here again, and the service was great, all of the staff were incredible.

Great restaurants in town, outdoor surroundings are breathtaking and wonderful Hotel that makes you feel special. Staff is also very attentive and friendly, the rooms are spotless. Breakfast in particular is good value, one of the best things about the Banff Springs is the Spa.

Beautiful facility set into the mountains and the pool area is nice and the hot tub even better. The Banff springs is amazing, the staff are friendly and efficent, the outdoor jacuzzi is perfect for the crisp mornings and evenings. We noticed that Canadians use the word 'perfect' a great deal.

The mountain stone massage was too fantastic for words and the pool and spa area was free. Hotel was very nice and service was superb. The room was fantastic, huge, for such a great facility the food did not meet expectation.

Great breakfast in town the 2nd day for 1/3 of the price and much much better, best location. The hotel is just amazing and staff are really nice and cant do enough for you. The spa facilities are really good and the beautician are polite friendly and professional.

Loved the view and the hot swimming pool outside, beautiful Setting. Gorgeous building and worth the Money. Service was excellent always polite and bed was extremely comfortable. One great restaurant was the saltlick.

On site, we ate at the waldhaus and had a fantastic meal, service recieved at the hotel was AMAZING. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic, at least the bed was nice, the heated outdoor pool was especially fabulous.
