  Just a few minutes walk to the metro mtr station and the location of the empire hotel is great. Staff are polite and attentive, the rooms are small and untidy, Central and there are good local food around.

  The location is just outside shopping area, this hotel is not room to swing a cat and service is not good, reception staff could be a little better at English. The bed is quite comfortable and the pillows soft, food is very nice.

  Good Central location and the nice exterior design of the hotel and the interior of the hotel lobby. Staff was willing to answer all questions we had about tours, the room was clean.

  Location is good and easy for walk to any parts in Kowloon, Airport express transfer stop is just opposite the hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly, room services is only available from 0600 hrs to 2330 hrs.

  Transportation to and from the Airport express station is convenient, the only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms are clean and staff and locals are friendly and helpful.

  Location was good for city shopping/dinning, the service from the porters was outstanding, and the foyer quite nice, the buffet breakfast that was included in our room rate was exceptional.

  More interesting than the Airport train and don't have to change anywhere, taxi service really good out side the hotel, rooms are small, beds are comfortable.

  Rooms are modern, location is great for tst subway and nathan rd, the hotel 's self is actually quite nice. Breakfast is also good.

  The housekeeping staff are not efficient, the water will go away.
