  The location was great for shopping, the prudential center, and even to walk the Freedom Trail, the overall stay was nice aside from the hard to use touchscreen computer in the room, the staff were really friendly and pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Suites were unbelievably beautiful.

  As always, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view, the breakfast was excellent and there was not a massive crowd like you see in larger hotels, staff were very responsive and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.
