Editorial review:

The Dorchester is the choice of movie stars and those with the cash to afford it. It was opened for business in 1931 and has made a name for itself ever since. The lobby is possibly the most lavish in London and the enormous ballroom is just as spectacular as it once was years ago. The hotel offers 250 guestrooms, antique and individual furniture, working fireplaces and four-poster beds, evoking an English cottage feel.

Verified Reviews:

  • Lovely, helpful staff - Security is horrible - In-room entertainment system was genious
  • Bathroom with huge bath - Location was great - Hyde park across the road
  • Full breakfast included - Room service breakfast - Oxford street ten minutes walk away
  • Room was exceptionally spacious - Bed was huge - Bathroom was a decent size
  • Room was beautiful - Breakfast was always good - Bar was very smoky

Poor view from the room overrated breakfast prices, not the Best London Option and staff in the evening in the lounge ignorant. Internet is not free.
