Dana On Mission Bay San Diego - 圣迭戈

This is an excellent family location with nice pools, kids activities, rentals, and very close to everything.

The location really can't be beat if you are staying in SD for a while with kids.

The location of the hotel and grounds was just lovely.

On arrival at SD airport we called the hotel and were told by staff to wait in the wrong place for the complimentary airport shuttle wasting about an hour and a half, although after that were told to get a taxi which they refunded.

It had a great location to all of San Diego and the courtesy bus to Sea World,Airport etc was very handy.

The room was so crowded (2 queen beds, table, 2 chairs, bench, 2 armoires, nightstand, refrigerator, microwave) that two people couldn't walk next to each other when going from the bed to the bathroom.

We had to lay our extra room towels on the floor to make path from the bathroom to the bed.

The view is great and we booked a bottom floor room with 2 beds and a sofa bed.

2 queen sized bed, Refrigerator and microwave, good sized bathroom with 2 bathrobes, a pull out sofa and coffee table, and a desk with 2 chairs (we used this one day when we ate breakfast in our room).

The room seemed almost new with beautiful woodwork, granite countertops in the bathroom and kitchenette, natural stone tile in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

The restaurants were pretty good, the Blue Pearl is basically a Denny's (good for breakfast), and Firefly is the hotel's attempt at modern cuisine (better for small plates and cocktail than a meal, IMO).

They have 2 heated pools and jacuzzis,a bar that served food near the one pool, and a restaurant that served a good breakfast.

They offer two great restaurants, two pools and jacuzzis (one pool has a poolside bar/tv, the other pool offers poolside service from the restaurant).

We had breakfast at the restaurant there, the food was great.

Our dinner at the Blue Pearl was very good and the Firefly bar/restaurant was delicious (especially for lunch).

Thank goodness for the wonderful front desk staff otherwise I would have complained and internet services guests are charged an heavy fee.

The bay view pool and spa are gorgeous and we sat in the "jacuzzi" every night and watched fireworks from Sea World.

No designated walk-ways to main lobby area, pools or Blue Pearl Restaurant; you end up walking through parking lots (we followed the map provided at check in).

The grounds are in excellent shape, the heated pool and spa were wonderful, and the location was ideal.

They had wired and wireless internet in the room, which was nice.

Everything was extremely clean and the appointments throughout the room were very nice.

The rooms were very clean, but they are small.

Our room was very nice, with very stylish furnishings, more than adequate space, was extra clean and quiet, and an excellent value.

The room was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them.

For this part of our trip we were not looking for a large resort, just a clean large enough room, with a beautiful view of San Diego.
