Nothing too much trouble, we spent a fantastic time here. The hotel was clean and brilliant, really enjoyed it. Our rooms were immaculate and bright here with the balcony and good linen on the beds, for example. The location was marvellous and stunning, just a short walk away from Aroha & Friends.

Stylish accommodation with extremely friendly staff members on reception desk. Favourable and absolutely perfect location to Mclean Park. Cafés and a movie theater walking distance to it. Early check-in, parking under ground. Could use hotel's attached restaurant and spa area.

Beds were a bit hard.

I booked it many times and 100% recommend. Everything was good, including very good staff. The hotel rooms were huge and updated with fabulous balcony overlooking the water and table and chairs, for instance. The venue was in a central setting in the Art Deco area. Enjoyed the attached restaurant which was also so yum and staff were very knowledgable.

Quick check in & the service was excellent. Favourable location in a lovely area near on the beach as well as beach, cafes, movie theatre.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

the room is well presented and the bed is comfortable. attentive staff here on reception desk. the location is magnificent and incredible, 2 miles from bluff hill lookout. you could walk to the main shopping center and several stores.

The location was marvellous: trendy stores and boutiques were within walking distance. My room with balcony and the water as well as the mountain ranges, for example was exceptionally clean and updated, had good night's sleep.

We ate in the super restaurant for breakfast and dinner which was well priced. The location was marvellous and fantastic, within walking distance to the movies and pubs.

I stayed at Crown for a night during my trip in NZ. The staff were fantastic, well presented, and polite. The room decor was lovely, and the king size mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The washroom had great hot water pressure in the showers and the black out curtains were excellent. I appreciated the 3 pillows per person with different firmness options. The location was great, with water views from the lounge and easy access to cafes and a top-notch restaurant. Highly recommended!

The location was just away from the city centre in Ahuriri. The room was of an excellent standard and the restaurant served delicious food. It was ideal for a relaxing weekend.

I had an amazing stay at Crown. The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean and the housekeeping service was top-notch. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was essential during my long trip. And let's not forget about the improved wi-fi, which was fast and had no limits. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and local restaurants. I would definitely love to visit again.

We loved everything about this hotel. A highlight was the balcony with views over the Pacific. The bed was very comfy too and had luxurious linen. Only a minute to stroll to the beach. Perfect!

The location of hotel is great and fantastic for exploring a tower and a theater walking distance to the property. Beautifully maintained and high-class rooms come with a balcony, large bathroom, proper showers.
