The location was Great and nearby Villano Beach was very nice.
Apartment cleanliness was outstanding and location was within walking distance to the Historic Town sightseeing trolleys.
We enjoyed the location and like the fact that almost everyone there had a dog.
The location is good (for the price great).
We like to walk and the Cozy location was just right for us to walk along the sidewalk to the Castillo, the Nombre De Dias, and the Spanish Quarter.
The suites have full kitchens, living room and bedroom and bathroom.
The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable at all, but a cot was provided to help with that situation.
The living room was rather small, and when the sofa bed was pulled out, it was hard to move around.
The room was not large but spacious enough for 2 adults and included a small frig and microwave, queen sized bed, table and chairs.
There were only two pillows on the queen sized bed in our room.
We ate at the IHOP for breakfast a few mornings and at McDonalds a few mornings.
The only place we did not like was Mi Casa (a German food bar place in the old Spanish District).
The rate was a very reasonable $79/night, but did not include breakfast.
Other reasonably priced restaurant values are nearby the Cozy (Subway, Mexican buffet, etc.
They gave us some wonderful restaurants that were not tourist traps.
The staff was wonderful, dollie the manager was delightful and the rooms were very clean.
2) the price was reasonable and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
You could walk to the visitors center and take a shuttle into town or take a tour bus which is near that area.
Parking is very tight at times in downtown St.
Augustine--parking at the visitors center is $7.
Free wireless internet, containing clean towels.
The wireless internet worked great and we used it often with our laptop.
The Cozy Inn offers extremely clean, nice staff and the room was barely big enough for 2 adults WITHOUT the cot.
The Cozy Inn was indeed pet friendly, the room was clean.
The rooms were very clean, they saw we drank a lot of coffee and stocked us up on extra packs.
The Cozy Inn offers extremely clean, well furnished, and adequately equipped rooms, (microwave, refrigerator & coffee makers) for an excellent price.
The room was clean and gave no noticable evidence that a dog had stayed there.
