      Excellent location right on the beach at the northern end of Ormond Beach and the staff is friendly.

      Good location and the staff was also very kind.

      Great location on beach, convenient to many stores and drive to all the hot spots in Daytona.

      Gorgeous beach location and all units in the North tower have been nicely refurbished.

      Quiet location that is far away from the tourist crowds and the entire staff treats us like family -- actually better.

      The master suite has a plasma tv, balcony, king size bed and attached bath.

      In the bath is a 2 seater whirlpool tub, walk in shower, full sink, enclosed toilet area, closet with an in-room safe that you program with your own code.

      To the right of the living room is a bedroom with 2 full size beds and yet another plasma tv.

      Our suite came equiped with flat screen TV's in the livingroom and bedroom, a spa tub, full kitchen with full sized appliances and even a washer and dryer.

      Off the bedroom is a full bath with a whirlpool tub/shower combination.

      Even though it had a fully equipped kitchen (again great for families who don't want to go out to eat every meal) I did miss having a restaurant for a quick meal and missed having a pool bar/tiki bar or a lounge.

      Any supermarkets, shops, good restaurants cant be walked to except an IHOP and a fabulous Rest I think called Stone Tavern but you wont want to eat there everyday.

      The kitchen has a lunch bar with 4 stools.

      Food: The activity lady set up a bar-b a few days by pool, hot dogs one day pizza another, a buck or so.

      Monday morning there was free continental breakfast.

      We did encounter some of the front desk staff's rudeness that has been mentioned in other reviews, but it was not bad enough to keep us away.

      Front desk staff made you feel like checking in or any requests were an imposition on them.

      The staff courteous, the employees very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice.

      Tho we chose to not buy maid services, I think a partial cleaning is $25 and a full is $50, but don't quote me, they do provide a mop and vac incase you want to tidy-up.

      The kids had a wonderful time at the pool with the "lazy river" and the loopy water slide.

      Diswasher soap as well as hand soaps, they loved the pool slide.

      Bad that no free internet, so that kitchen floor was really clean and the pool was perfect for my 3 yr old daughter.

      The beach just out the door was amazing, the area was great the room was nice and clean, staff was very good including security.

      The room was very clean and well stocked with just about anything you needed.

      Most of the staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

      The view was super and the North Tower room we had was clean.

      The rooms were clean and the check-in staff was friendly.

        Nice beach area and the water park was perfect for families. This place was truly great, lobby were clean as well and staff was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fantastic. Good restaurants cant be walked to except an IHOP, outdoor pool was cold.

        The view was super and the North Tower room we had was clean. Furthermore hotel employees were friendly and helpful, the beach was beautiful, the staff was very caring. Balconies were awesome too, having a kitchen was great because there was no need to keep running out to get food and overall the facility was nice.

        The kids had a wonderful time at the pool with the "lazy river" and the loopy water slide. Pool area got a bit crowded a couple days, otherwise it was wonderful. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

        On Sunday, free grilled hot dogs/chips/and soft drinks were offered near the pool area during lunch.

        Ocean: Good for boogie-boarding, other attraction nearby as well and great view from beachside windows. The very best place to stay in Ormond Beach and friendly staff. Bad that no free internet, so that kitchen floor was really clean and the pool was perfect for my 3 yr old daughter.

        The beach was beautiful and the rooms were wonderful w/a great view. The decor was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was plenty big.

        The beach was gorgeous and our view was spectacular. All of the staff was nice and dryer in room at no charge was amazing. Pool was great for kids at its deepest was 3ft 3 in.

        Most of the hotels were more expensive than that, the kitchen was small.

        Umbrellas free of use on the beach and located at the end of daytona peninsula= not crowded. In addition the staff is friendly and accomodating, really great value for the size of the suite.

        The beach is way less crowded than Daytona is just 2 miles away and the pool area is awesome. The friendly staff really rounds out the experience, tV as well as its own bathroom.
