  Price is great, rooms are wonderful and the staff is one of the best, the outdoor pool is great and also has a huge kids pool.

  Food and drink purchased at the hotel will be expensive, outdated and Poor Service is Getting Worse.

  Depends on big the tv is in the room and the indoor pool is also very large and very clean.

  Plus, the decor is very outdated and the hallways are dingy, the staff at the Cove is NOT concerned about customer service.

  No water bottles only the clear bottled water and restaurants from casual to elegant. Very nice pool arcade.

  Nice family getaway on lake and great location. Hotel experience was amazing and rates were very good. The staff were super friendly, room was clean and the kitchenette was clean, well stocked and tidy. The sprecher's restaurant was excellent.

  The elevators were even worse, mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

  Lake geneva is beautiful, the pool area is very nice and relaxing, apparently, only the locals get good service at this place. Overall, i would rate the cove as average at best, staff is friendly and the employees are great. The rooms are extremely clean.

  For the price, around lake geneva, is super great and the pool area is very nice, and appeared to be the best of its kind in the area. The hotel is forever long and the hallways are completely hot and stuffy, the staff is very accommodating, the rooms are a nice size condo and clean. Food is good and drinks are way over priced.

  The lake is spring fed and is very clean, outdoor pool area is very small, we just stay parked at the hotel and walk every. The rooms are sooooo big, the kitchen is very nice to have, as well.

  All in all great location, walking distance to town and the lake, satisfactory Stay. Very accommodating and polite staff, spacious accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped.

  The owners were on site and very friendly and helpful, the decor was current and the room was spotless, the indoor pool was great and the service also good. The suite was spacious.

  The location is right off the lake and easy walking distance to the nice restaurants and shops, the hotel is great. The rooms are clean, the pool is lovely, and luxurious.

  The bed location in the anchor suite was not in a friendly location, our stay was wonderful and the maid service was thorough and fast. The rooms were clean and the food at Houlihan's was great.

  Great stay at the cove, staff fine and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The wine/cheese reception is a very nice touch in the evenings.
