Copley Square Hotel Boston - 波士顿

While the location is awesome and close to so much, it is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I am in a different hotel room every week.

The hotel has an excellent location, right near Copley Sqr, next to Prudential, departure of the Duck Tour, Newbury Str.

The hotel had a good location in Copley Square and with a T stop nearby.

The porter booked our taxi on way back to airport and it was with us within 5 minutes.

After leaving my room to check out, I was promptly notified that I had left 3 expensive items in my room, and was able to gather them before the taxi arrived to take me to the airport.

The room we were booked into (2 double beds was a good size) but we decided to treat ourselves and upgrade to a two bedroom suite and they gave us a great deal on this which improved our stay greatly.

Our room was tiny and the bed inadequately small, though reading other reviews on this hotel, it doesn't seem to be the case with all the rooms, so request a bigger room in advance if you can.

When I arrived, I was given a normal room with a full size bed because no "superior" rooms were available.

Even when confronted with the fact that a king bed or two full size beds could never fit in such a small room (about 11 X 11), they still would not give a refund.

I booked a "superior" room through Booked.net, which included a king-size bed or two full size beds for $30 more than a normal room.

The hotel does have 2 restaurants that we saw, one for breakfast and lunch and one for dinner and had a bar area.

Best features are the breakfast room and bar/restaurant which seem to have been modernised recently.

The Hotel restaurant looks very good but I did not eat here because there are too many great restaurants on Boylston and Newberry street.

We had breakfast in hotel restaurant every morning and as well as enjoying the delicious food, the staff here were extremely nice and even helped us plan our days out!

I didn't eat in either of the restaurants or venture into the bar however all seemed occupied by several people whenever I went past.

Front desk and concierge staff were not particularly friendly.

I didn't find the reception staff particularly helpful, although the concierge was pretty chatty.

Great service lovely staff, courteous to the employees and the room was clean.

She instructed me to park a block away at the Prudential Center, and they would give me a small discount on the parking fee.

Parking in Boston is a nightmare, as bad as New York City.

Few if any hotels here offer free parking).

Neither TV email (pay for use), nor free wireless internet, worked.

But it is clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

Fittings of better quality, friendly staff and the rooms clean and tidy.

The staff were pleasant, the rooms clean and tidy.

In addition the staff was freindly and the room was clean.

The hotel on first impression seemed very nice, the staff superb VERY attentive and the rooms large and clean.
