Clean welcoming reception area, the train to heathrow was only a block away and best value for our money ever got in hotels worldwide.
The hotel accomodations themselves were an EXCELLENT value for the special rate of 55 pounds through booked.
I think I feel very positive about this hotel due the the special offer price I paid and the staff is very friendly.
This hotel is fabulous, the full price would have been expensive for me and staff very courteous ready to serve n solve guest problem.

Very well located just near to the Hounslow Central Metro Station and reasonable enough stay.
Extremely near to an underground station along Picadally line, just a couple minute walk from the picadilly line and convenient for tube travel to city.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and the room had free wireless for the computer.
AC/Heat not working, sewage backing up in bathroom and spilling out on the floor via shower drain, room key had to be re-set two times in two days, and worst of all.
The hotel is very close to a tube station had a direct line to Heathrow, the wet room is actually a large shower cubicle in the bathroom.
Big 24 hour supermarket nearby, in an advantageous position for the Tube we opted for the Continental breakfast was ample and everything about the hotel was wonderful.
Also friendly staff, comfortable room and ate a couple of times in the restaurant was also good value.
The food at the restaurant is very tasty, the swimming pool in the basement is good.
Delicious n healhty breakfast, dinner pretty good and a nice length pool.
