Great location - views of the castle across the river, the hotel probably needs to be modernised in the near future and for the money we paid for the tour a better room is to be expected.
Location was excellent and this hotel in Inverness was beautiful.

In addition the atmosphere is pleasant, the reception/lounge/lobby areas are quite welcoming and staff are always fantastic and helpful.
Location was excellent for us on a quick trip through the Highlands, the hotel was very good a very good breakfast and reception staff were friendly and efficient.
The decor is traditional, helpful girl on reception to organise a key for us on the Saturday and from the friendly & professional staff to the comfort & cleanliness of the rooms.
The staff were excellent and the receptionist was pleasant.
The staff were helpful and the dark haired girl on recepton was extremely helpfull unlike the duty manager promised a key straight away on the Friday afternoon.
The only downside was the parking which is outwith the control of the hotel.
The room was very clean and the buffet might have been lovely was set out.
