  Great location opposite the ocean, very nice town and we decided to stay again just last month. Because the building is old and no a/c , no carpet in halls, there's no soundproofing, the service is outstanding and the staff are very polite, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

  On the upside the private beach is dog friendly and that was great, the location is fabulous. The setting is beautiful and the main building is attractive as well are the grounds. The rooms are clean, breakfast is included in the price and is excellent, the pool is really nice.

  The location is great, the ocean views are beautiful from the verandah and the front of the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm sure one of the local bed and breakfast would be a much better choice.

  The view and the gardens were beautiful, the hotel was beautiful, in classic style, the room in the main building was spacious. The lobby was welcoming as was the staff and the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was great.

  And the area of kennebunkport was welcoming and fun, the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast buffet was great, the waiters and waitresses were very attentive to our needs.

  The ocean view room was great, the hotel grounds were kept up very nicely and the housekeeping staff were very effiecent and nice. The food was excellent.

  The restaurant food was excellent and the views picturesque, the hotel staff were very accommodating and provided us glasses, our room fee included a wonderful breakfast buffet. Our waitress was a young South African was very nice and professional.

  The view overlooked the atlantic and was beautiful, the rooms were smaller than most modern hotels. The staff were helpful, breakfast was decent.

  Te food was really good and the views are awesome, the historic Colony Hotel is a wonderful. The staff is helpful, the breakfast buffet is great.

  The hotel was clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Our room was not air conditioned , was comfortable and cozy, breakfast was delicious and service was very good.

  You must now stay in a small grassy area near the pool and friendly staff. Fun colors and nice, clean blankets on the bed, good breakfast buffet, fantastic gardens.

  This place is great for relaxation and is very dog friendly, rooms are great, staff, everything is fantastic. The service and generous breakfast buffet are excellent.

  The area is uncomfortable; dogs pee right there; the dogs are all crowded together is not fun, the expansive Gooches beach is nearby.
