  Good location near family, bars of Little Venice and the proximity to the tube station is ideal, bed linen are of excellent quality. The building itself is very beautiful and clean, the staff are charming and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, a simple mattress topper would remedy that.

  Location and comfort were excellent, the bed and the linens were of very high quality, all staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely.

  Pillows were very uncomfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good.
