  The Location is good, direct access to the beach and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Available at short notice at a fair price and got 3 singles one didn't have covers on the carpets in the bedroom are dirty i booked on the understanding had an outside pool I could use. The food at this restaurant is beautiful, excellent head waiter.

  The rooms are in need of decoration an renovation they were clean and had the mirror been put up 18" to the left I could have used properly.

  The location was excellent and i thought that the hotel was very nice. The price was very reasonable, the staff were so lovely nothing was too much trouble and the receptionist was charming and helpful. Our room was spacious and we had a great 'sunday roast' in the restaurant.

  Good location, being able to park and just 5 minutes to the beach. Fantastic value for money, not too bad for the price and futher large 'Miami - style' outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and the receptionist was lovely.

  Shower was broken, also the bar was very quiet and you payed for an evening meal was 23 each im not a big eater.

  Excellent sea view and convenient for town. We had a fabulous stay, all the staff were very friendly and the receptionists were very nice. The room was clean, the only other thing that I liked was the breakfast and the menu was interesting and varied. I like the fact that you were able to use the swiming pool.

  Payment was arranged and the mirror was broken.

  The location was great and the hotel food was exceptionally good. For the money we paid was excellent, on the whole the staff were very friendly and helpful, the best thing was leaving a Small dirty room. The breakfast was also fabulous and the dinner was lovely. The pool was crystal clear.

  The location is great and the Look of the outside of the hotel is also good as are the public areas appear to have been refurbished. The staff are wonderful, big for single beds and gurgling toilet cistern Didn't complain at the time as. The food at this restaurant is beautiful and the kids had a swim in the lovely indoor swimming pool.

  The location was fantastic and the hotel was quiet at night. Staff were very good, the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, our bedroom was great we were upgraded on arrival to a seaview. Breakfast were excellent, the pool was crystal clear.

  Great cream teas fab views, the location of the hotel is very good and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is more than adequate.

  Broken toilet seat and the waitress/waiters are slow.

  Good sea view, excellent value and great for the money. Friendly staff and very pleasant receptionist greeted me. The rooms clean, nice bar and the buffet breakfast was much more then I expected. The outside pool was being cleaned.

  The location is very pleasant, a nice bonus is the different feel to each of the three hotel buildings to you have access during your stay and very helpful staff at any time day or night. A lot of banging underneath my room early hours of the morning plus spotted dried blood stains on my bottom sheet not so good and the food is great.
