The units were air-conditioned and the staff were best and highly efficient people on reception desk sorted.

There were variety of cafés and bars.

All in all everything was great, had a such wonderful stay on this an important weekend. The food was gorgeous and the location was magnificent. Plus it was walking distance to bars and pubs. Ate at the refurbished restaurant with good food.

The breakfast was plentiful and hot with a view across Mudeford Harbour and had a wide array of food. The location was marvellous and impressive in a good area, so close to a walk round the harbour as well as the restaurant, sandwiches, tea and the best selection of cakes ever.

The units are contemporary, stylish with these extra touches, an amazingly sumptuous bed, Harbour view-good size.

Great swimming pool and marvellous and fab location close to particularly if the weather is clement, and the restaurant on four occasions. Contemporary and recently decorated unit with comfortable beds, stunning views and a fan.

There was no reception.

Luxury and clean place to stay in, it has well-mannered staff from the general manager down. Freshly cooked breakfast with half a mushroom, thanks a lot. Stunning location in Upper Deck restaurant, you can walk everywhere.

Everything there were first-class, including really lovely facilities.

The units are great value for money and very well decorated with a patio.

The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options — fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were brilliantly friendly and the location was magnificent.

Comfortable place to visit with accommodating employees that have obviously been re-motivated or re-trained to work even harder to provide a proficient and personal service. Suburban location, fine base for discovering Christchurch. A lot of cafés and bars nearby.

The place was peaceful and clean. Pleasant view of the sea, extremely pleasant & air-conditioned room. Openable French windows, a couch, and a hair dryer were nice. Good service, parking on-site. Fab secluded location, close to a local cafe, and the restaurant, sandwiches, tea and the best selection of cakes ever. Again, not far from Mudeford Village. What a really lovely stay, no complaint.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean, had scenic views over the bay. I had the cottage, it was en suite and compact. Great location right down at the harbour side was a plus.

The hotel was in a suburban location directly overlooking the harbour. The breakfast was plentiful and warm with yoghurt, a stunning view, ham and had something for everyone.

We enjoyed freshly prepared breakfasts!

Our rooms were well-organised and had an air conditioner, a patio, and a coffeemaker. Gorgeous secluded location close to the sea front, terrace overlooking Mudeford Quay and the coast towards "old " Christchurch and the Priory. Also, it was 15 min drive from Highcliffe Castle.

Hotel was perfect and lively!

Recently refurbished room and romantic, I liked it. The view of the sea was exceptional. The location was amazing, close to the delightful Jetty restaurant, the Harbour a short scenic waterside walk from the lovely pub The Haven at Mudeford Quay and Mudeford Quay which is of outstanding natural beauty and a short walk to a church and a castle.
