Location was convenient, with a shuttle bus service to downtown and airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the river. Kitchenette was a great bonus.
The photos online are deceiving, and the hotel is not as luxurious as expected. The pool was small and not well-maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were superb; the room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and provided top-class service. The hotel's location right next to the river was a bonus as we enjoyed the Loy kratong ceremony during our stay. We also found the transportation via grab easy and convenient, allowing us to explore all places including shops and eating places within a short distance.
It was all superb.

The Christmas stay was enjoyable with lovely rooms and great service. The view of the river from the balcony was a highlight along with the festive decorations that brought extra holiday cheer to our stay. The breakfast menu offered a good selection and the food was delicious. The hotel's shuttle service made it easy for us to get around and explore the surrounding area.
The pool was a bit small and somewhat crowded during our stay. the lack of nearby restaurants and activities meant that we had to rely on the shuttle or taxi service to go out for meals and explore.

I had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the exclusive amenities that were provided. The room was equipped with high-end facilities that certainly met my expectations. The service was impeccable - attentive and prompt. The outdoor swimming pool was inviting and relaxing, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas in the garden area. The restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast with many options to choose from. The private facilities were truly exceptional.
Although my stay was wonderful, there was only one minor issue. I was disappointed to find that there was no live entertainment or picnic area/tables for guests to enjoy.
