  Restaurants on the high street and good location. The hotel itself is nice, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, excellent food in delightful small dining room off the bar.

  Its location is excellent as its very close to shops and the hotel is well situated in the centre of Newbury. The staff are always friendly and helpful, very good value at £45 for a twin room.

  Pleasant reception area and overall good hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was very quiet and sound proofed from the function downstairs, the food was superb.

  Location was good, excellent parking great in a city hotel room was lovely and warm on a freezing night, the staff were very helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous.

  Really nice, spacious and well looked after in a brilliant location, a nice hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff and good bed. Excellent tea and coffee.

  Expensive rates, bar limited and filthy sheets.

  Reception area has had a fresh lick of paint and atmosphere was really good. The staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room was lovelly and warm.

  No problem coming back to hotel at 3 am room clean and staff were great. The wedding breakfast was good.
