Hotel Chattanoogan Chattanooga - 查塔努加

With a great location that is close to everything in Chattanooga from the family-friendly aquarium to several evening entertainment options, this resort is a quality stay.

We like this location, close to the southside area which has many wonderful galleries and upscale restaurants.

The location is great because being on the quieter end of downtown, this city-owned hotel is a beautiful facility and the staff does not do a good job to help.

The location is good and the hotel is really nice.

Nice location downtown, comfortable hotel and the inside of the lobby area is beautiful.

We had one king size bed in a non-smoking room and only paid $159.

We had booked a room with double beds and upon check-in requested upgrading to a suite if available, since the hotel appeared completely empty.

After sight seeing all day Saturday, I returned to find my bed not made nor my room cleaned.

Bed was comfortable, the breakfast buffett was delicious and the waitress did take the burger off because we didn't eat.

Thair was some stains on the carpet but the bed sleep very good.

There are some restaurants and bars at the hotel and one really good restaurant across the street called Southside Grille.

The breakfast buffet was out of this world at the restaurant down stairs.

The main restaurants lunch and dinner food was terrible.

The food in the restaurant was good and the meeting facilities where outstanding.

The Foundry restuarant/bar at the hotel is good food for hotel food and at a reasonable rate I would recommend.

Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at with exceptionally clean rooms and great front desk and concierge service.

Hotel staff were nice, service was excellent and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and breakfast by room service was delicious.

From the valets to the front desk, a phenomenal staff.

I didn't go in, but the pool looked quite nice--it is at the top of the building next to the fitness center and spa in a glass-enclosed room.

There was a spa, which was very nice and decently priced (I didn't use any of the services however) and the fitness room was nice.

We did not have time to enjoy the indoor pool or fitness area, but we did go check them out, and both are nice.

Our room was clean, the breakfast was superb and the front desk clerk at our check-in was highly professional and accommodating.

The staff is courteous and friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is very good.

Our room, 523, was very clean, valet parking well worth it, (only $10 for both nights), and the breakfast buffett was delicious, a little pricey, but worth it.

The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean and the whole staff was overly nice and helpful!

All around great place, the lobby is beautiful and rooms are also very clean.
