Location and amenities were great- right in the middle of a bustling market and shopping mall. The hotel had all the recreational facilities we could ask for- gym, tennis court, and even a supermarket! The buffet breakfast was delicious.

The staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping us. The rooms were quite worn and obviously in need of renovation- the shower head was broken and the water temperature fluctuated drastically.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money. The room was newly renovated and very clean, with all the amenities you would expect. The beds were comfortable and I had two peaceful nights of sleep. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the popular shopping district of Brunei, near the biggest shopping area in Bandar Seri Begawan. There were plenty of eating places nearby and "The Mall" was just a short walk away. a convenient location with great facilities.

The only minor issue was that the bathtub didn't have a shower curtain, resulting in a wet bathroom floor after showering.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Brunei. First of all, the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the popular shopping district of Gadong area. The hotel is conveniently located near the biggest shopping area in Bandar Seri Begawan, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. Secondly, the basic amenities in the rooms, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the presence of a kitchen, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my time at the hotel. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate was a nice touch.
