We had a fantastic stay here at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center. We enjoyed the picturesque view of the port from our room, it was truly breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the little extra touches, like the daily messages from our room attendant and the complimentary fruits in our room. the experience was top-notch and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
We had such a wonderful time at this hotel that we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. Best aspects include: great value for money, spacious and clean room, and friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel offers facilities such as laundry and mini bar at much cheaper prices compared to other hotels. We also appreciated the daily messages from our room attendant and the kettle in our room. Transportation was convenient, which made it ideal for business travelers.

The hotel had all the facilities we needed such as a KTV, Havana bar, and a spacious room. One of the best aspects was the location, which was just a few hundred meters from the main boulevard and easy to access shops and restaurants. the staff were really friendly and attentive, always willing to help us out with whatever we needed.
The breakfast, which was too busy and the food was not replenished towards the end of service. , the beds were really hard, making it a challenge to have a comfortable sleep.
