Hotel Carlton Tel Aviv - 特拉唯夫

Good location, nice place and the room was very comfortable.

The food was excellent,location is prime,staff was friendly to us always.

Breakfast was out of this world in verity, service throughout the hotel was just perfect and the hotel's location is simply perfect.

The location is at the north end of the Hayarkon sea side strip.

The best one can do when on foot is to turn north and circle the hotel toward the sea, walking south between the hotel and the marina.

The rooms are BIG and nicely decorated, the cleaner comes in twice a day (in the morning for cleaning, and in the evening , while you are out, to make your bed and place a good night choclate on your pillows).

Our king size bed was two twin beds with separate duvets pushed together, but that seems to be the case throughout Israel.

In contrast with the well-designed public spaces, guest room furniture is not as up-to-date or as elegant as one would wish.

The rooms on the royal floors are blessed with beautiful views of the sea and Tel Aviv skyline and feature king size beds, a rare find in Israel, as well as flat screen TV's.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms and the beds are luxurious and spacious.

Excellent views from front rooms, good breakfast and other meals, friendly staff, pleasant rooftop pool and terrace, and a Business Lounge that is amongst the nicest and best I have experienced.

The best thing about not getting breakfast was that we found a lovely breakfast restaurant on Rothschild Street - Bennidict Blvd.

The lounge serves snacks all day long, including an open bar after 4 PM.

The business lounge was real treat for me, it's high on the 14th floor, spacious enough so you can have your on corner and has the reaches refreshments bar from the hotels I've stayed-in in Israel.

With royal floor rooms comes access to the very stylish concierge lounge which has great light snacks refreshed 3 times a day, an open bar and lots of areas to relax and share the day's adventures with friends or other guests.

Desk and concierge service were all friendly and accommodating.

However, should you call a second later than 10:30, you find yourself in the midst of a screaming match with the incompetant room service staff.

There's a spa and a small swimming pool on the roof.

The pool is very nice, and the view of the beach is breathtaking!

Nice touches at the Carlton are the glass of juice that welcomes you at check-in and the bowl of fresh fruit that always awaits guests on each floor as they exit the elevator.

Wireless Internet in parts of the building.

My only complaint (and it bugs the hell out of me) is that they charge $18/day for wireless internet.

During both stays, the room was very clean.

The room was comfortable and clean, but we could have done better.
