Bristol Hotel San Diego - 圣迭戈

The hotel was situated in a pretty good location.

The Bristol is in a great location, downtown next to the Gaslamp District and a half mile from the harbor.

Great location, i liked the proximity to shopping and made me feel more than welcome.

The trolley stops at the corner and taxis to the airport are less than $10.

You can explore all of downtown attractions by foot.

Grand), clean and spacious, loved the colors and bed covers, comfortable beds, modern bathroom, quiet enought for being sorrounded by a main streets , a bus terminal and trolley; Staff was very helpful, polite and quick to help.

We were placed in a room with two double beds although we had requested a king size bed.

Their bathroom products were actually really nice, plenty of towels, the bed was super white and clean as well.

The room was huge, stylishly decorated and new looking and the bathroom was lovely with a big bath.

When I finally got to check in to my room the next day, the bathroom still had dirty towels in the tub and there were empty shopping bags in the room.

We ate at their restaurant for breakfast and the food was good.

Good breakfast in the restaurant located in the hotel building, helpful staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it was sorprisingly quite good, very good price also and quiet.

Free internet, available room service and a nice little restaurant and bar on the property.

The front desk staff could definitly use some customer service training - not very friendly or helpful, or even apologetic when they didn't have an answer.

Good staff excellent service, comfortable beds.

Main drawbacks were the steep on-site parking fee ($22/night) and limited on-site amenities (pool, hosted lounge, small gym).

I never knew which floor the elevators would take me to, if you pressed 5 you might end up in the parking garage, it was very unreliable.

In our case, SUV would not fit in the hotel's parking garage (we have an Expedition) and we were told we would have to park blocks away.

The second problem is this hotel claims to be a contemporary boutique, but doesn't have wireless internet.

The free high speed Internet access worked flawlessly.

Everywhere is bright and clean and our room was gorgeous, 'fresh', and spotless.

While an older building, the paint is fresh and everything is clean, but the bathtub looked liked it belonged in a $40 a night hotel, complete with missing chunks of coating.

Friendly staff and room spacious and spotless.

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Furthermore the room was very nice and clean.
