          The view was amazing, this hotel had a great setting at the mouth of the river and our room in the mail building was lovely. The staff were very attentive and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable, the specialty cocktails were all very good too and the Spa was available to guests.

          The view was lovely and the food was fantastic, the service outstanding and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and our room was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast included was very good and set the tone for a realxing day, cocktails on the lawn before dinner as the sun set was beautiful, the spa was fantastic.

          Mabels across the street has fantastic clam chowder, location is beautiful and this place is one of the best getaways. The staff is helpful, friendly and spacious room on the top floor overlooking the docks. Classical music playing on the nice sound system.

          Great roads to dosome walking the scenery is fantastic, this place is the best and new spa and exercise room truly amazing.

          About a 20 minute, pleasant walk into town, the area behind the inn is great for relaxing as the sun sets on the river/harbor view and for the money, there are MUCH better hotels in Kennebunkport. The breakfast is great, best coffee i have had in years.

          The view across the river and out to sea was beautiful, the hotel staff were courteous, our service experience here was excellent. The rooms were very nice, breakfast in the morning was decent and the dessert and wine list were great as well.
