We had a great stay at Boddington Arms! The breakfast staff, despite being a little understaffed, remained calm, professional, and interacted with customers. Consideration should be given to having two staff members during busy times. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was a wide selection on the breakfast menu. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the M6. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was a nice onsite bar and restaurant.

Not enough towels in the room, and an empty soap dispenser - seems to be a feature of Premier Inns.

The welcome is wonderful for a premier. Sue is an asset to you. I also liked the fact that they always try to get me into the room I ask for if they can and a new member of staff even called me to check the arrangements and let me know what the position was. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying. The location in a very quiet restaurant adjoining the hotel was nice.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The attached bar/restaurant was welcoming and the menu was very good value. Well placed for visiting Blackburn, which was the aim of the stay. We shall certainly return.

On Saturday 24th when we arrived, at 11am, we were obviously very early regards booking into our room. Despite this we called into the reception in the hope that we may still be allowed to do so. To cut a long storey short the young lady at the reception desk, who I think was Kirsty, although I may be wrong, went totally out of her way to check if a twin room was already cleaned and available, she went upstairs herself to check with the cleaner. One was available and she got us booked in straightaway, which allowed us to get refreshed and changed after a long journey. She then ordered us a taxi to take us into Blackburn. Great service from a great employee, she had terrific customer service skills, nothing was too much trouble, plus she had a sense of humour! In the evening we came back and had a meal next door where we again had good service and enjoyable food. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. This hotel offers great value for money with competitive prices. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a really comfy bed. The basic amenities are all there, and the breakfast options include fresh juice.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel had a great bar and restaurant, with a variety of delicious dishes. The staff were very friendly and efficient. the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel's location was convenient, only a short drive from major business districts.

The hotel's location proved difficult, as it was a bit isolated and there was no public transportation readily available. the hotel's amenities were limited, with no entertainment available for guests.

The hotel appeared unkempt, with dirty surroundings and broken furniture. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, showed signs of wear and tear and were in desperate need of maintenance.

Excellent accommodation - would recommend it to a friend - Staff were friendly, helful and welcoming - excellent breakfast and good value meals - have no doubt that we will be back .

Friendly, helpful staff and excellent room and facilities. Large room and well appointed bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable and we even had a choice of soft or firmer pillows. Brilliant!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Lancashire. The renovated rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside, and there was ample free parking available. The hotel also had a nice restaurant where I enjoyed delicious food and a selection of beers. it was a great value for money, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic!
