It was fairly clean inside. My room was quiet and bright and included air conditioner and a patio. The harbor view was awesome! Actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in Marco Island.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, well-maintained outdoor areas for enjoying sunrise, sunset, and wine. Small pool to cool off. Close to Cafe de Marco, marina, and bike rental place. Enjoyed watching boats, dolphins, rays, osprey, pelicans. Nice visit, relaxing stay.

This hotel has marvellous and lovely location right on the bay. The room is tidy and updated and essentials you need, including a ceiling fan and a patio, is right there. Excellent service and the food is great.

I found the hotel's location marvellous and stunning, just off nice restaurants, old historic Marco Island, and all other areas around the Island with a 15 minute drive. I had modern, updated room complete with great towels and the bathroom, for instance.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with kings beds. There were climate control and a patio, which was great. The hotel was placed in the residential location right next to the River. It was also so close to the shops at Old Marco and Marco Island Old School Gem and shopping/restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The BoatHouse Motel. With only 20 rooms, it was very private and quiet. Our room looked out over the river into the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed watching egrets, herons, dolphins, pelicans, skimmers, and fish from the deck and dock. Tthe sunaet from the dock was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a real tropical feel to the room. This hotel is a real treasure. We would love to go there again!
