  The price we paid £44 for a night was about the right price for the hotel, all of the other staff on the desk were very helpful and polite too, the bed was very comfortable and clean and the room was very spacious. Breakfast & service was good.

  Clean room, great breakfast and very nice Indian.

  Tired shower area, next to busy road and no food available within the hotel. Unmanned reception creates very bad first impression and bar snacks extremely poor.

  S location was good, car park was excellent we came in a minibus and the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the food was fine as was the breakfast service.

  Proved expensive via taxi, the car park is large and free of charge, a lake to stroll round. The location is very good and worst hotel I have stayed in. The staff at this premier inn are exceptionally welcoming, room is quiet.

  Location and duty manager very helpful, relatively cheap hotel. Good price for Birmingham, friendly staff and the room had all I needed and was clean. Breakfast was very nice, dinner for one in the Beefeater was fine.

  Near to City Center and good value. Price was also excellent and reception were helpful. Room was very spacious, meals were great and the receptionists were very friendly and cheerful.

  Location rooms are clean and a very bad hotel we won't book a next time noisy, dusty bad all is bad. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the showers are very powerful and hot. The food there is delicious.

  T a near bus station toward nec u must take 2 bus to got there, especially as the road is frequently very busy.

  Near town center, ample parking place and claimed my money back under the good night gurantee. Friendly staff great service and beds comfortable. The helpful receptionist/bar person/geneRal factotum, nice thick curtains meant we weren't woken ny the light.
