        • The friendly staff, large TV and three lovely thick pillows each.
        • Modern and in the centre of Cheltenham, atmosphere in the hotel was great, i thought the service provided by your staff was of a particular high standard - they were gracious.
        • Location was convenient in the middle of the town centre, the hotel staff were not very helpful I tried to park my car and comfort of the room were excellent for the price.

            The central location was a real boon and the price was right for the occasion, for a budget hotel this was brilliant. Staff were on the ball and courteous, bed very comfy, we slept very well.

            Location was excellent and for a budget hotel was fantastic. Chairs etc. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the room was really hot even was only 12oC outside. Breakfast was good for the price.
