The central location close to the train station is perfect. Really enjoyed the very nice area.- Brand-new and functional units with amenities like a hairdryer and tea/coffee.- Good food at reasonably priced rates.

Hotel's location was perfect as it was close to a train station. I greatly enjoyed lovely restaurant. The stuff was very friendly and exceptionally welcoming.

The room was modern and practical, featuring a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, and we liked having a wake-up service option.

The location is fantastic, as it's just a short walk to Beveridge Park, which is exceptionally nice. it's conveniently located near the train station, a hill, and various pubs and restaurants in Kirkcaldy.

The location was good, near to shops, beveridge park and beach. Rooms nice, clean and well equiped.

Elderly woman on reception was a bit snooty and gave us room on top floor, which with a small child and baggage was not very convenient. Room was overlooking railway line and airconditioning unit so was quite noisy for us with window open because it was warm at night.

The room was updated and freshly decorated with a fantastic shower. The hotel bar for residents was a great feature. The location of the hotel is good and perfect, being close to the center. Additionally, there is easy access to St Bryce Kirk.

Very good reception staff, clean throughout, large proper digital widescreen TV in room.

Some areas looking somewhat dated, though I understand refurbishments are continuing. Room rates slightly on the high side considering location and level of amenities.
