Great that they have Disability Access rooms with balconies and excellent lighting and beautiful views of the New York skyline; everyone is welcome here. The service was excellent, I had 6 wonderful nights here.

The hotel is extremely convenient and well-maintained. The excellent customer service provided during our trip was impressive. Guests can easily request extra bedding. We are considering staying here again next year.

The hotel was gorgeous and luxurious. The staff was excellent and sincere, offering outstanding services. The property's location was excellent, near Fifth Avenue, Time Square, and all the great Midtown locations. My stay was for 7 nights, and I enjoyed the attached restaurant's good breakfast.

The location of this place is great, just a short distance from the Pulitzer Fountain, and the staff here are all fantastic and genuine.

The staff at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York was incredibly nice. The views of the New York skyline were awesome. The restaurant was good for breakfast, as we both ordered amazing dishes. The kettle and lounge were nice additions.

We really enjoyed being there and would use them next time. Had great stay by excellent customer service from Ms and the weather was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally kind plus the location was great! It was situated near restaurants and bars.

This place is beautifully decorated with a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge, serves outstanding and flavorful meals, and the staff is dedicated, offering free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The hotel is charming and terrific, with fantastic services, an incredible location near Times Square, excellent views of the skyline, and exceptionally comfortable beds.

The room here is spacious and trendy, boasting cozy beds and nice views of the street. 🏙️ Also, the kitchenette is super convenient and comes fully equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a fridge for storing goodies.

We loved this luxurious venue, the location is fantastic being near Rockefeller Center!

The room here is spacious, and the bathroom is big; the staff are super friendly and the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station.

This place is super clean and well-maintained. The rooms are a good size and nicely kept, with cool extras like a mini bar and a comfy king bed. The staff here is top-notch 👌. Plus, you can grab some tasty food at the restaurant on the premises.
