Good location and warm Welcome. The guest house was clean and comfortable, the staff were gracious and accomodating, the owners/ managers were very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent, breakfast was lovely.

Friendly staff central to city centre on an extremely good bus route no shortage of buses and the hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room warm and sumptous. Clean and beds are extreamly comfy, hot drink facilities, the owners are lovely people will do anything for you.

We ended up booked the hotel ibis in central Edinburgh, staff were very accommodating, friendly and polite.

The tv was outdated and only had two to three snowy channels, the breakfasts were lacking in choice and made no allowance for vegetarians.
