The room was spacious, nonetheless it had awful views. Coffee facilities and a trouser press were all available.

The location was very very poor, it's a pitty.

The location was unbeatable - near a lovely cafe in Epping instead, another Best Western, and forests. The staff were attentive throughout our stay.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

Had a really really nice stay with good value for money English breakfast, everything was very good. The staff was amicable, excellent, no complaints whatsoever. We were given newly decorated room with all bathroom, a king size bed, as example.

Functional clean property, it has smart and amicable staff with a helpful receptionist. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner. We would recomand this place to all, no complains at all.

The property has a good location, near to a big nightclub, transport and Epping and surrounding areas.

Had nicely decorated room with a king size bed, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was comfortable and decent for trip in Epping.

Really nice stay, as always. Gorgeous and fairly clean nice basic hotel. Recently decorated double room with trouser press, Frayed curtains, tea. Accommodating and pleasant staff, early check in.

The setting was magnificent, short walk to London, Epping and taxis. Tried some takeout specials at Pegottys Fish And Chips, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue.
