At the end of Beachmere Lane, just off of Shore Rd. -- Directions -- From US-1, in the center of Ogunquit, turn south down Shore Rd. Approximately a half mile on your left will be Beachmere Lane. Follow Beachmere Lane to the end. Our office will be the last buidling on the right.

The desk clerk again came quickly up to the room to see about the issue, and said that the remote we had workind the cable box, which was on the TV for the sofa/bed.

Later that evening discovered remote control did not work TV for the king bed, only the TV for the sofa/bed was working with the remote.

We had booked a handicap room and received it (shower only no tub).

However, noticed carpet in the entry way in room, outside bathroom door, was wet.

Called the front desk and they informed me that the previous guest let the shower run too long and the water over flowed across bathroom floor onto carpet.

Breakfast could have been a little better stocked.

Staff was very helpful for the problems we had.

      We had booked a handicap room and received it (shower only no tub). However, noticed carpet in the entry way in room, outside bathroom door, was wet. Called the front desk and they informed me that the previous guest let the shower run too long and the water over flowed across bathroom floor onto carpet. Desk was quick to bring up extra towels to lay down on the carpet to try to soak it up, and said they would call maintenance the next morning. It was like the drain in the shower itself could not keep up with the water flow and the other drain in the midddle of bathroom was not able to help much either.

      Later that evening discovered remote control did not work TV for the king bed, only the TV for the sofa/bed was working with the remote.
