There are beautiful and impressive views of Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles mountains. It's laid-back and classy and has contemporary rooms with excessive baths. The staff caters to your every whim and there are shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Children under 12 are not permitted.

  • buses located across the street were great, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful, service was very good.
  • The breakfasts were fantastic, concierge also made some excellent dinner recommendations and the swimming pool was lovely.

      The location was perfect and the Bay Hotel was wonderful. The staff were great, our room was excellent and traders Bar was lovely to sit in at night. The breakfasts were good.

      Good beach across the road and beautiful location. Great hotel great staff and excellent Service. A huge comfortable bed, traders bar were fabulous and the breakfast was included in the restaurant and was just wonderful.

      Pool is heated because the sea is quite chilly and views are spectacular. This place is wonderful, the service could be improved and the room itself is lovely. The staff are excellent and the food very good.

      Deli at the bay was great during the daytime for snacks, the cheesecake is gorgeous and the location is superb as you have restaurants. The view from the deck at the front of the hotel is absoultely stunning, heated towel rail etc and the staff are charming and breakfasts were good. The pool is huge and warm.

      Rooms and bath fittings are rather old, and the service in the main bar, Sandy B, is slow to say the least.

      Camps bay is lovely and a very good choice in capetown, the poolside area is grassy and very nice, the Hotel is in a perfect position. The buffet breakfast is perfect, great.

      Location was great – on the beach – and service was very good, the staff were always extremely helpful at the hotel, the front desk run by Tammy was magnificient. The room was excellent, the food was superb.

      The beach was of course magnificent and the views incredible, the food was fabulous and there were lovely bars in the hotel. The staff were helpful at all times and the room we stayed in was excellent. Local restaurants were fantastic, worth trying and the eggs benedict was great too.
