    The location is close to several restaurants and nearby to shopping and the city.

    We chose the hotel because it's location was close to friends we were visiting in Charlotte.

    I would return and I thnk it is a great location for business meetings so I will bring my team back for that as well!

    But, please be aware that, Villa Antonio has two locations so make sure to visit the recently opened Ballantyne location.

    Near the freeway and airport for easy access.

    Beautiful rooms (excellent beds, beautiful decor), wonderful marble bathrooms with large garden tub & seperate shower.

    The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub in the master bath was a nice touch.

    The room was more than comfortable with a king bed and comfy chair and ottoman.

    Spent 2 great nights at the Ballantyne- room was tasteful , a nice size, the bed very comfortable with fabulous sheets.

    The entry to the rooms were marble, and the bed is AMAZING.

    Restaurant: We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Bar: The pianist/singer was excellent, the breakfast buffet was good and the gym was very large.

    Across the street in Ballantyne Village are plenty of restaurants and bars should you tire of the cuisine offered and guests at the hotel.

    Amazing food at the Gallery Restaurant and dining room area as well as a nice sized living room.

    When I called the front desk to inquire which of the restaurants it was in, I was advised that it was 11:00 am, and we had "missed" our breakfast.

    The staff is wonderful and exceptional service from the valet to check-out.

    The Spa, pool and fitness are all "state of the art".

    Furthermore the lobby is gorgeous, the Spa services are excellent as well and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

    An attendant did walk through the pool and fitness area that we spoke with close to closing time, but noone came to attend the children.

    Our room was very clean, and I am the world's worst critic on hotel cleanliness!

      The personalized attention by the staff and very nice room amenities.

      Over all this was an excellent experience and would be even more at times when the weather was conducive to using the outdoor amenities. The room decor and personalized attention by the staff was outstanding.

      Great value for the price we paid, friendly staff and the beds were extremely comfortable. Furthermore breakfast was fine and the pool was a large indoor pool.

      A very nice stay, friendly staff and the in room dining menu was also a great bonus. The food was fantastic and the indoor pool was lovely.

      A very nice stay and every person on staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally our room was spacious and the food was very good. The pools were beautiful.

      A very good staff, beautiful rooms and nice casual/cigar bar. Great food, the next morning we lounged finally in a more quiet pool.

      Amazing food at the Gallery Restaurant and dining room area as well as a nice sized living room. The atmosphere was great and the lobby was excellent. The staff was courteous, the concierge was also very helpful and check-in was efficient.
