Very good location and near to the train station. Historic place in new style and beautiful building. The museum was well kept and very informative, the breakfast in the lobby restaurant was unfortunately not to standard.

Meetings etc. beautiful public areas dating back to 1863 and good hotel. Interior is marvelous and all of the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Cigar bar is great, the restaurant is lovely and dinners there are world class as well.

Ok for stay near haihe, the furniture and the colour blending of the interior design was soothing and calm, the staff were nice and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, breakfast was good.

Historical hotel for China, Tianjin is indeed a gem of a city in modern style and service is great. Windows open for fresh air is also a bonus.

Hara bar can be improved and pool are closed for renovation.

Tianjin was surprisingly charming too and the staff was very polite. The bathroom marble floor had big stains and light snacks was hard to imagine anything missing. Checkout was a pleasant experience and the desk clerk was very nice.
