  Excellent location for exploring downtown, beautiful scenic drives only minutes away and adorable Boutique Hotel in Downtown Ft. The house cat was a really neat touch as well, staff were pleasant and the room was large and included a microwave.

  The location was wonderful and the whole hotel was nicely renovated in 2003. Staff were friendly and helpful, the bathroom was immaculately cleaned.

  Awesome location, within walking distance to excellent food and shops, the best little downtown hotel ever. And the prices are very reasonable, the lobby and reception area has an nice updated feel, the staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy.

  Great location in downtown Fort Collins, co, the hotel is clean, attractive, and commodius; the staff is very accomodating, the rooms are nice offering suites at an affordable price.

  The coffee shop next door is awesome and the bar/resturant downstairs is pretty good too, best Hotel in Fort Collins, the staff there is fantastic and wonderful.

  Many, many restaurant choices and great shops in the area, stylish decor, reasonable rates. The staff were very nice and personable, room was beautiful and comfortable.

  The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were great about bringing up champagne flutes and the hardwood floors in our bedroom were nice and the bathroom was spotless.

  There's an excellent gym nearby that's free for hotel guests, the front desk lady was very nice and helpful as well, the rooms were spacious and nicely restored.
