money I would always recommend this hotel to family &friends and the staff are very nice.
Ate one evening in the hotel with a DBB deal which proved good value.
I would recommend this hotel for its quality and superb location in the beaufiful village of Inveraray.
First impressions of the reception a bit disappointing but the room with views looking over Loch Fyne and the central location of the hotel soon made up for this.

Used as an overnight stop only and enjoyable stay than the budget would have suggested.
The single bed was at the high end of the room and the double at the low end but the bedside table between was at quite an angle and the television was just about managing not to fall over.
Room was clean with a comfy bed with duvet (no blankets, thanks goodness).
Rooms are more than ready for a refurb especially the bathrooms.
Also the Cupboard which you can hang clothing in had a really strong smell of dampness, although the room was very clean as was the bathroom which had an excellent shower.
As I was with my sister, who has meniors disease, we had to change rooms the next day even thought we only planned to stay two nights the tilt on the room was just too much for her balance.
The bar food is very good as was the breakfast.
The bar was pleasant and the breakfast was excellent.
Breakfast was a meal to be looked forward to.

A very well run hotel, the staff couldn't be better and also free internet access is very useful.
Also all the staff we met were cheerful and helpful, the TV was even more ancient than the radiator.
No lifts might be a problem for some but since the hotel only has two floors, it presented no problems to a party of 4 all over 60.
There is free parking at the front of the hotel.
Room was clean, competent = breakfast was good.
