The American Colony hotel is a luxury hotel located in a historic building in east Jerusalem, within 10 minutes of the Damascus Gate in the Old City. Its’ perfect location allows you to easily reach all of Jerusalem’s major sights. The hotel provides a luxury accommodation which consists of 86 guestrooms in three separate buildings. All rooms are designed to provide guests with luxury, comfort and convenience.

A great place to stay, good service and the very nice Presidential room The relaxed breakfast in the lovely patio garden. The food is excellent, the mostly Arab staff is very friendly and the pool is wonderful.

Only about 5 minute walk from the old city and also the sauna is modest.

Jerusalem is perfectly fine, the management and Palestinian reception staff are courteous and very friendly, my room in the newer section was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Buffet breakfeast is really great, the outdoor pool is nice and big enough.

The photographs of the hotel un the past are beautiful and the cellar bar is cozy and lovely, the breakfast was very nice. The Arab hospitality of the staff is warm and friendly and the service is impeccable, the pool is great and refreshing after a hot day touring.
