  Nice doormen, comfy bed, great location, clean and our lunch in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The staff were very well trained and friendly and professional, the customer service was on point and the rooms were awesome.

  Great central location, walk straight out onto Magnificent Mile, best hotel bed I have had in years for comfort.

  Most of the staff comes off as extremely lazy and room is small.
