A beer baron built and named this amazingly appointed Downtown hotel in 1912, and left a great legacy behind. The French Room restaurant is one of the best in Dallas (voted no.1 in the Texas Restaurant Survey), the staff is exemplary, the rooms have an old world mystique about them, but still include WiFi and flat- panel TVs, and all this is brought together by the overall exquisite decor employed in the hotel.

Great restaurants, good choice in Dallas.
Service are good, the fabrics on all the furniture are beautiful and the food is fantastic - equal to any three-star Michelin restaurant in Paris.
Other than the beds, everything was great and the downtown location is wonderful, the two best things about The Adolphus are on the ground floor.

The living room area had a beautiful armoire that held a nice size tv, the service in the restaurants and the hotel itself was EXCELLENT, the staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and the food was good.

Good value for money considering its location and the standard of the furnishings, great hotel. Beautiful lobby, excellent service and the water tank of the toilet was hot from hot water. The food was warming and hearty, and the lady brought was very polite.
