  The location was perfect and the decor of the rooms were exceptional. Service was excellent throughout, our suite was very comfortable and breakfast was good. We tried the seafood pizza very nice and i had the fish and chips.

  Proximity to Dubai Mall is great, as the hotel design is very nice and beautiful, the staff jumped and promised me an upgrade to fit the amazing honeymoon we are in. Rooms are comfy and spacious, the drinks are very well prepared, we enjoined the facilities the gym has good equipments.

  Phone system doesn't have quick buttons for house keeping and price is little bit high.

  Good location, as part of Dubai mall, loaction of the Hotel is Great and the concierge staff are also very efficient. The rooms are big, the choice at the breakfast buffet is particularly impressive and the pool is very nice and peaceful.

  Most the location and clean nice hotel. Doesn't worth the price, clean, very clean, excellent interior architecture and comfortable bed, all staff were friendly and helpfull. The room was perfect every things needed and food was good.

  I liked the location since attached to the mall and comfortable hotel. Good customer service, nice spacy studios and fully equipped kitchen. The most fantastic breakfast and great pool outside.

  Perfect location for shopping very expensive, wonderful hotel and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The suite was lovely we were in room 1105.

  Location cause its connected to Dubai Mall and the hotel service is one of the best in the industry. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, the room is clean and comfort and big, under Burj Khalifa and try the great various restaurants.
