Room comes with a King sized bed with cheap sheets and mattress.

I ended up with a very nice room (a suite, I think) that was probably the most luxurious and comfortable of the five I'd seen in India.

There are three phones however, one in the bathroom, one near the bedside, and one at the writing table.

I originally had booked a suite at the hotel for my girlfriend and I.

When I arrived with my girlfriend, security followed us and a call to the room ensued stating unmarried couples were not allowed to stay in the hotel.

Had all the time excellent food in different hotel restaurants, the staff amazing as I had gone for surgery during my trip to Chennai.

Restaurant, seasons serves poor buffet at limited international dishes with some local dishes.

Restaurants were absolutely fine although the service can be a little slow if things get busy.

There is a 24 hours clinic opposite and some small shops nearby, which was not of particular interest nor relevant.

It took forty five minutes to one hour and fifteen minutes for the first and last dish to arrive.

The staff is very professional and friendly.

Accord metropolitan has polite staff are willing to render assistance wherever possible, swimming Pool is not bad.

The hotel is pleasing, but the staff is barbaric in the truest sense of the word.

However, there were lots of carpark attendants and staff in crisp and smart uniforms await our every whims.

And of course the regular, spa, heath club, pool etc.

Complimentary internet accesses available at Lobby & Business Centre as add on feature.

Room was sparkling clean and comfortable, but appears more like a four star than a five star considering the furnishings.

Room was modern and extremely clean, staff were pleasant and helpfull.
